Privacy Policy
Whenever placing an order or seeking information with ITOpen.eu
Software, hereinafter referred to as „Service”, you are expected to accept the
rules set forth in Privacy Policy as shown on the page. ITOpen.eu Software
admits that Users have their right to privacy, making every effort to protect
their data and using special technological solutions to prevent interference of
third parties in their privacy.
Being the owner of this Service, ITOpen.eu Software reserves the right to
introduce changes into Privacy Policy. If any changes are introduced into
Privacy Policy, such changes will have no influence on the fundamental rule: We
do not sell or transfer personal data or addresses of Service Users to third
parties.
Personal data
When using the Service, you may be asked to submit some of your personal data
through completing a form or through other means. An order form requires that
such personal data as name and surname, address of residence and tax reference
number, necessary for placing an order, are duly entered. Each User is entitled
to see and correct the data that he/she has already entered.
We can only disclose Service Users' data to competent authorities if applicable
provisions of law allow to do so.
Open personal data
Personal data submitted to our Service together with a commentary on articles,
replies for the forum etc. are open to all Service visitors. ITOpen.eu Software
is not in a position to protect Users against unspecified or otherwise unwanted
information being sent by private persons or companies. Therefore such data are
not included in Privacy Policy.
E-mail messages
We reserve the right to send e-mail messages to Service Users, using e-mail
addresses shown in the orders placed with Service, to notify about progress in
the order completion proceedings. Such messages will only refer to the order
completion. However, if Customer wishes to receive newsletters, he/she should
tick the appropriate option when placing the order. In such situation Service
will be sending additional e-mail messages on new events, promotions etc.
Service is free to use Cookies files (or similar technology) to identify the
User.
Payments on-line
If payments are made through an authorized card on-line, the payment will be
effected on pages and forms of our partners: PayPal, Moneybookers and DialCom24.
ITOpen.eu Software has no access to either number or validity date of Customer
card. Said partners are responsible for authorization and safety of these data. |
